For our visitors and clients who have large digital files to
send us, we have set up a File Transfer Protocol folder on our office server.
It has a capacity of roughly 200 gigabytes so don't worry about file size.
This is a great place to transfer digital plans, pictures
and specifications which are much too large to email.
Directions for use are as follows:
- Click on the ftp link below.
- Open windows explorer, or click on My Computer from
your desktop.
- Find & select the files you wish to transfer.
- Drag and drop them onto the open ftp window.
Anybody online can add to it, nobody but us can delete it.

Open FTP Folder
 For
those who have Microsoft Internet Explorer 7. You
have to open the ftp folder in windows explorer for it to work. Here's how you
do it. Click on this link to open the folder
window. It will open in Internet Explorer by default. Look at the upper right
hand corner of Internet Explorer 7 and locate the "page" item on the menu.
Click on it and open a cascade window and choose "open FTP site in windows
explorer". See illustration at right.
The FTP site will open in Windows Explorer
where you can manage it the same as the file system on your computer with the
exception that you cannot delete files you upload to the ftp server.
